Brave Michal Huniewicz captured a series of images of a side to the communist
country that brutal tyrant Kim Jong-un would not want the world to see.

London-based Mr Huniewicz’s pictures revealed the grinding poverty and
obsessive cleanliness of the pariah nation.
Mr Huniewicz said:“I was told I would be detained in case photos like these
were found, ‘You took many photos. Too many,’ ? said my guide, but I managed
to smuggle them out of the country, which was very stressful.”
