The recent Argentinian Superliga clash between San Lorenzo and Arsenal di Sarandi was brought to a temporary halt by one of the cutest pitch invasions you’re ever likely to see.

Possession was stolen from one of the Arsenal players by a nifty little midfield terrier, who came hurtling on to the pitch during the second half.

The dog began by stealing the ball and evading capture in adorable fashion.

Then like any self-respecting star player, the canine interloper ventured beneath the stands to conduct his very own postmatch interview in the tunnel.
